Warranty, Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy


Brow Beauty Company does not offer a warranty on products sold.


Returns & Echanges 

All sales are final. does not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed in the event that a product that a customer purchases is faulty, damaged, or does not fit the description on our website which they purchased. If an item was purchased that qualifies for an exchange, that item must be mailed back to at the address below to execute the exchange.

  • Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
  • Item(s) should be securely packed.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.



Orders are typically shipped within 2 – 4 days to allow for payment processing.

Faulty/Damaged item

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email Customer Care ( with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.


Incorrect item/s received

If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email our Customer Care team (  within 3 days with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as your picking ticket and postage box.

Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until we have been in contact with you.
